CouponsDart is based in New Delhi, India. For privacy enquiries or concerns about information handled through couponsdart.com, email couponsdart@gmail.com. This notice covers our website; independent merchants and linked services publish their own privacy notices.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond to support, partnership, correction and privacy requests. When you report an offer, the website stores the offer ID, your selected reason and submission time. The report form does not ask for your name or email.
Technical information
Website sessions and hosting or security logs may contain IP addresses, browser information, request URLs and timestamps. We use these to deliver pages, protect forms, maintain administrator sessions, investigate errors and prevent abuse. Administrator accounts also store sign-in details and password hashes. Public browsing does not require an account.
Saved offers and searches
Saved Offers stores up to 100 offer IDs in your browser under the key couponsdart:saved. When you open Saved Offers, those IDs are sent to our website to retrieve the offers that remain available. This is not a cross-device account or a public profile. Search terms and saved-offer requests may appear in ordinary request logs. Avoid entering sensitive information in search fields.
Cookies and click counts
The site uses a session cookie and an anti-forgery cookie for security and forms. The current session lifetime is approximately two hours and may refresh during use. Clicking an offer’s Continue to store link increases an aggregate click count before redirecting you. This count does not establish whether you bought anything. Analytics, advertising and affiliate links
The current application does not install a third-party advertising pixel or analytics script. It does not offer newsletter sign-up or sell a shopper account database. A merchant or affiliate network may use its own cookies or tracking after you follow an external link, under its own policy and applicable consent requirements. If we introduce optional tracking on CouponsDart, we will update this notice and provide the controls required before that tracking starts.
Service providers and sharing
Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, and the email provider used for our contact mailbox process information necessary to deliver those services. We may share information when reasonably required to investigate abuse, protect rights or comply with a lawful request. We do not provide your support emails to a merchant just because its store appears on this website.
International processing
Our service providers or the merchant you choose may process information outside your country. The location and protection of that processing depend on the provider and applicable law. If you need information about a particular request or transfer, contact us before sending sensitive information.
How long information is kept
Saved offers remain in your browser until you remove them or clear site storage. Sessions expire under the session settings. Support correspondence and reports are retained while needed to handle the issue and any related security or legal requirements. Hosting and email logs follow the relevant provider’s settings; they are not erased simply by clearing your browser. Contact us for a request concerning information you supplied.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can remove saved offers, clear website storage, control cookies in your browser and choose whether to follow external links. Blocking essential cookies may stop forms or administrator sign-in from working. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a competent authority. Email us with your request. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity, and legal exceptions may apply.
Children and sensitive information
The service is intended for a general shopping audience and is not directed at children. We do not ask for children’s profiles or sensitive personal information. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can review it. Please do not send passwords, card details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive records in an ordinary enquiry.
Security and updates
We use HTTPS and access controls to help protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice when our features or providers change. The date below identifies this version.
